I build a company before I finished building myself.

Engineering
I was a biology student at 15 who couldn't stop thinking about software. I taught myself to code in secret Python first, then web development. When a car accident forced me to start earning, my first freelance job was making math presentation slides. That's how it started.
I co-founded a dev agency, grew it to a real business, and learned the hard way what doesn't work including a product that flopped completely. That failure pushed us to build Silverthread Labs differently: as a product company with a services arm, not the other way around. Today I run 32 people across product, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and finance. Two AI SaaS products launch in 2026.
I run every function of the company product, sales, engineering, operations, finance. Not because I have to, but because I think founders who stay close to all of it make better decisions. I don't believe in managing from a distance. My job is to be the clearest thinker in the room, not the loudest voice.
Outside the company, I read widely, follow what's changing in AI and product, and try to build things that don't necessarily have a business case just to stay in the habit of building. I think the best way to lead a software company is to never stop being curious about software. That's the standard I hold myself to.
